Employee's lunch room - On or about August 30, 2012, areas at the work place were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead. The following areas showed accumulation of lead; 1. The black (Kenmore) microwave door's handle showed accumulation of 6,4950 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeters area. 2. The lunch table showed accumulation of 6,9700 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeters area.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. a. Dis-assembly Area's floor - On or about August 30, 2012, the employer had not made available to employees a copy of the lead standard and its appendices A and B. Employees were thereby potentially exposed to the floor sweepings containing 0.0380 % lead and 0.0023 % cadmium.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a. Entire Facility - On or about August 30, 2012, employees were required to handle chemicals such as petroleum distillates, lead, cadmium, and others while dis assembling vehicle motors. The employer had not developed, implemented, and/or maintained a written hazard communication program at the workplace. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with these chemicals.
