29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 08/22/2012 at 1413 Riverstone Parkway, Canton, GA: An employee was observed trimming tree tops while working in the bucket of on a boom truck without any type of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 15 feet to the lower level.
