29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 2223 Wheatland Ave., Lewiston, ID: On or about August 16, 2012, an employee involved in roofing activity on a 6 in 12 pitch residential roof without any means of fall protection and exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item. McPeak Roofing & Decking LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311573752, Citation Number 1, Item 1a, issued on December 17, 2007, and became final order on January 23, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 2080 Quail Knowl Lane, Lewiston, Idaho 83501.
