29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) On May 5, 2022 employees were performing minor repair work on a flat roof membrane without fall protection, exposing the employees to a 20 foot fall hazard to the ground below. Note) Corrected during inspection.
