29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. South basement - On or about August 30, 2012, employee(s) were required to walk on concrete floors to access mechanical presses, storage areas and other equipment. The concrete floor were not maintained in a clean condition in that floors were covered with oil. Employee(s) were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with slips and falls.
