29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    1/  On or about 07/27/2012, center of production area, Drill Press, Serial # 44-4789, unguarded chuck and bit.    2/  On or about 07/27/2012, power press area, Do-All Saw, Model #2013-V, Serial # 500-994683, 230 Volts, 3 phase, unguarded blade.    3/On or about 07/27/2012, grinding area, Jet Drill Press, Model JDP-17MF, Serial # 8060316, unguarded chuck and bit.    4/  On or about 07/27/2012, at the Stamp Area, employees engaged in production operations using a Kalamazoo Horizontal Bandsaw, with missing S/N and M/N that did not have a guard for the non-working portion of the blade.

The equipment was actuated using a one-hand operating lever and an on button switch.
