Progressive Gourmet was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311747547, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington, MA.

Progressive Gourmet was previously cited for a vioation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311747547, citation 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington, MA.
