29 CFR 1918.100(e)(3): The employer did not review with each employee upon initial assignment those parts of the plan that the employee must know to protect the employee in the event of an emergency. Onboard M/V MANUKAI: The employer failed to review the emergency action plan with employees upon initial assignment, including those parts of the plan they must know to protect themselves in the event of an emergency. Two crane bosses stated the Emergency Action Plan was never discussed with them nor had they seen the plan exposing the workers to hazards associated to ship vessel emergencies. SSA TERMINALS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1918.100(E)(3) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313586794, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRURARY 16, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT ONE MARKET STREET, OAKLAND CA.
