29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(9): Class III asbestos work was not conducted using engineering and work practice controls which minimized the exposure to employees performing the asbestos work and to bystander employees: a) Rail Car No. 82792, Track 25, Spot 3 - Employees were exposed to an inhalation hazard, as acoustical surfacing material, containing asbestos, a carcinogen, was conducted without implementing controls such as, but not limited to, the use of an engineered asbestos remediation tunnel. On or about July 18, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(9)(iii): Where the disturbance involved drilling, cutting, abrading, sanding, chipping, breaking, or sawing of thermal system insulation or surfacing material, the employer did not use impermeable dropcloths, and did not isolate the operation using mini-enclosures or glovebag systems pursuant to paragraph (g)(5) of this section or another isolation method: a) Rail Car No. 82792, Track 25, Spot 3 - Employees were exposed to an inhalation hazard, as acoustical surfacing material, containing asbestos, a carcinogen, was disturbed during the repair activities related to the damaged corner post on this rail car. On or about July 18, 2012.
