29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Magnet Applications, Inc- On or about August, 29, 2012, the written Hazard Communication Program was not available at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure the program could be provided to employee(s) requesting access to the program while conducting work operations at the workplace. Employees work with and around various types of hazardous chemicals and substances including, but not limited to, metal fumes and metal powder.
