29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Behind the 701 Furnace were two disconnects which were not labeled or able to determine what it was powering. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) The employer did not maintain sufficient access for the electrical disconnects for Press 881 (Bay 7) in the Forge Shop exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. (b) The employer did not maintain sufficient access for the electrical disconnects for Furnace 701 (Bay 6) in the Forge Shop exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. (c) The employer did not maintain sufficient access for the electrical disconnect and electrical panel for Bay 14 vending machine exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. (d) The employer did not maintain sufficient access for the electrical disconnect and electrical panel for Bay 18 vending machine exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) In Building 42 Cafe area, a flexible cord, used to power the Gatorade vending machine, had the outer jacket pulled away exposing the wires. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
