WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310651104, CITATION NO. 1, ITEM NO. 9 , AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 01/22/2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1555 JEFFERSON ROAD, ROCHESTER, NEW YORK,14692    29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):   One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation on the Conair brand Gatto cutter exposing them to contact with hazard:  b) On or about 9/11/12 in the Plastics Department - Line # 3; the plexiglass tube ( 2 inches x  3 3/4 inches ) on the outlet side of the Conair brand Gatto cutter, did not protect employee(s) from accessing the rotating cutting blade.
