29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    (a)  Staybridge Suites, 119 Garden Golf Blvd - On or about August 29, 2012, employees engaged in construction activites, to include painting, installing cabinetry, electrical and plumbing installation, were utilzing stairwells with approximately 9 risers and which were not provided with a handrail.        Note:  29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(7) applies when the top edge of a stairrail system also serves as a handrail.
