29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1, in excess of 50 parts per miillion (ppm) as an 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration:     (a)     Utz Quality Foods, Inc. - An employee working in the Quality Control Lab was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated TWA of 151.8 ppm, on or about September 9, 2012. The exposure was derived from the blood sample obtained from Hanover Hospital on September 9, 2012. The 150 minutes that the employee was not in the lab was assumed to be zero exposure.
