29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A). On or about 09/10/12, at the site of 61-43 231st Street. Oakland Gardens, NY Employees working underneath of scaffolds were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and bricks from other employees who on the second section of the scaffolds. Protective helmets were not provided. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
