ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A). On or about 07/9/15, at 184-08 69th Ave. Fresh Meadows, NY Employees working on west side of the fabricated frame scaffolds of the house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 24 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only two scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
