Crossbraces were used as a means of access.    (a) On or about 09/12/2012 - 4039 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Tuscaloosa, AL, employees were climbing the cross braces to access the upper level of the fabricated frame scaffolding.    Flavius Talpes dba Flavius Talpes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315080127, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/26/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1061 JD &L Drive, US Hwy 21 North, Jacksonville, AL.
