29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): The point of operation was not adequately guarded on the following machines: a. V-Box Area, the Promecam Hydraulic Press Brake, had a 2 3/4 inch opening between the dies. b. Truck Body Line, the Pacific Press Brake, had a 8 inch opening between the dies. c. Truck Body Line, the Guifil PressBrake had a 2 3/4 inch opening between the dies. d. PV's Department, the Niagara Press Brake had a 3 3/8 inch opening between the dies. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
