29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At 27555 Walker South Rd., Walker, LA; the employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets (MSDSs) were made available for each chemical product used in the workplace. This condition occurred on or about 09/10/12, where the MSDS for Dynamite acrylic sealant/caulk, being used by employees to make seals near the exterior of elevator doors, was not maintained at the site and made available for employees.
