29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1):  Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    a) At the North end of the UDA production line:  On or about August 14, 2012 and at times prior; employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to the employer's failure to ensure that the blue, 600 VAC electrical disconnect was properly labeled.    b) At the Raw Materials area of the production floor along the wall:  On or about August 14, 2012 and at times prior; employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to the employer's failure to ensure that the blue, 480 VAC electrical disconnect was properly labeled.    c) At the maintenance Section of the shop:  On or about August 14, 2012 and at times prior; employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to the employer's failure to ensure that the blue, 480 VAC electrical disconnect was properly labeled.    THE DAEIL USA CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 318454223, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON September 12, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3905 45th ST. SW LANETT, AL  36863.
