29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):  The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace which includes a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form:  (a)  Hexcel Corporation at 31815 Great Western Drive, Windsor, CO 80550:  On and before September 13, 2012, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards associated with the manufacturing of resin-impregnated fiberglass materials.  The manufacturing process includes, but is not limited to, loading raw fiberglass, unloading finished resin-impregnated materials, splicing, and collection of edge trim waste.  These operations can occur on one or both of the manufacturing lines, HUDO9 and Hexfit.  These operations potentially expose employees to inhalation of fiberglass.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is not required for this item.
