29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: (a) On or about 12/23/2022 and at times prior to - Spin Line E in Bldg. 800, Pre Hot Bath and Hot Stretch Bath Area, the employer did not verify through a written assessment the workplace to see if hazards were present which would require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as but not limited to a 26-inch Alphatec-19-026 Neoprene Coated Chemical and Heat Resistant Thermal Glove being able to be tested for leaks over the whole glove because the glove would come in contact with DI Water at 96 degrees C (204.8 degree F).
