29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions a) #13 Bagging Machine; On or about September 13, 2012 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to operate the #13 Bagging machine with exposed wiring that was not protected from abrasion.
