Notice to Citation 01, Item 003, 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b).  The employer failed to ensure exit signs were posted above all exits.  The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 05/18/2012, Inspection #311096192, 06/02/2012 of final order/settlement, and was abated by altering exit routes to a safer egress location.
