All respirators shall be stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture and damaging chemicals: (a) Paint area - On or about September 12, 2012 employees were storing respirators in a cardboard box in the paint area. The respirators were exposed to being damaged, dust, moisture and damaging chemicals.
