29 CFR 1926.760(b)(2): Each connector did not complete connector training in accordance with 1926.761. a) Main Street and Shewell Ave. - An iron worker actively involved in connecting work was transiting the erected steel above a 6 foot depression in grade, designed for a planned elevator shaft, that created a total fall height in excess of 31 feet and was not protected from falling that distance by any means of fall protection.
