29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about July 20, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they conducted re-roofing activities without fall protection measures in place. MHM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 463839, Citation 1, Item 1, issued June 15, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3665 West Monmouth Avenue, Littleton CO. This citation became final order on June 22, 2012. MHM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 98450, Citation 1, Item 1, issued February 21, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 7553 Manston, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. This citation became final on March 15, 2012. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet ).
