29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about October 23, 2012, employees were exposed to injuries from falls while installing shingles on a roof, without the benefit of a fall protection system being in place, in excess of six feet above the lower surface: Note: MHM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 463839, Citation 1, Item 1, issued June 15, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3665 West Monmouth Avenue, Littleton CO. This citation became final order on June 22, 2012. Note: MHM Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 98450, Citation 1, Item 1, issued February 21, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 7553 Manston, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. This citation became final on March 15, 2012.
