OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:      a)  Service Area - On or about September 19, 2012, auto repair technicians were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working around and under the Weaver hydraulic auto lift (ModelAFH-90AOH, Serial # 5CP-009).  Hoses were damaged allowing for hydraulic oil leaks.
