29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Tools for Bending, Inc. at 194 W. Dakota Ave. in Denver, CO: On and before September 20, 2012 the facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body in the plating area was inaccessible in that the plumbed eyewash was blocked by two barrels. This condition exposed the plating employee to an eye hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i) The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (a) Tools for Bending, Inc. at 194 w. Dakota Ave. in Denver, CO: The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemicals contained within. Unlabeled containers observed included a squeeze bottle in the flammable storage cabinet adjacent to Nitriding, four 150-lb. cylinders of ammonia in Nitriding, cutting fluid reservoirs in the Stock Room and Milling area, and the parts washers in the Maintenance Shop. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
