29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: (a) Outside Cargo Container: Two empty acetylene and two empty oxygen cylinders were stored on the ground next to each and within 4 feet of a welding cart containing a full oxygen and full acetylene cylinder, as observed on September 20, 2012. (b) Inside Cargo Container: Two oxygen cylinders were stored next to two safety cans containing gasoline and a safety can containing diesel fuel, as observed on September 20, 2012.
