29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrails systems, safety nets systems or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. This violation most recently occurred at a workplace located at 4690 Cecile Dr, Plano, Texas; at least two employees, who were framing a residential house, were not protected from falling approximately 18-feet 9-inches to the lower level.
