29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(v): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; arcing effects:      On or about December 21, 2012, employees performing framing activities used a Rolair 6820K17-0110 air compressor that the plug had signs of damage from arcing effects.  Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph:      On or about December 21, 2012, employees performing framing activities plugged a Rolair 6820K17-0110 air compressor into a power post electrical panel that the cover was opened and exposing live parts.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about December 21, 2012, employees performing framing activities on a residential home were not wearing fall protection or had any other fall protection devices to protect the employees from falling approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
