MANUEL RIOS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314177544, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 THAT WAS ISSUED ON JULY 19, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 545 CLACIER STREET, DESOTO, TEXAS 75115 AND INSPECTION NUYMBER 314179888, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001 THAT WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 23, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 913 GINGER TRAIL, DESOTO, TEXAS 75115.
