29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Maplevale Farms warehouse on Allen Street Extension in Falconer, two (2) employees observed working immediately adjacent to the edge of the roof placing the edge nailer without any fall protection being utilized by the employees exposing them to falls of approximately thirty (30) feet to the blacktop surface below. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
