29 CFR 1926.103: Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.134 of this chapter:      A 1/2 mask, negative-pressure respirator (with organic vapor cartridges in place) that was not being worn was improperly stored. The respirator was  left out on a ledge in the auditorium room which was under construction, subjecting the inside of the mask to chemical contamination from paint and other construction chemicals being used in the auditorium. 29 CFR 1910.134 paragraph (k).
