29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries.      On or about January 28, 2013, and times prior thereto, inside the mail processing area, the employer did not ensure employees could identify and had clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times.  The fire extinguishers wer not readily accessible, exposing employees to fire hazards.      a)	 Fire extinguisher located  at the south west wall was blocked by dollies, and    b)	 Fire extinguisher located at the south west wall near the exit door did not have fire extinguisher sign.
