29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(ii): Labels were not printed in large, bold letters on a contrasting background: (a) At the Lincoln Memorial Drive Water Purification roofing jobsite, the flashing material that contained asbestos was removed, lowered down, and loaded into a truck-mounted container. However, the asbestos warning label on the truck-mounted container was not printed in large, bold letters on a contrasting background.
