29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Western Maintenance & Construction at 2685 S. Dayton Way, Building #371-378, Denver, CO 80231: On 10/2/12, the controlling employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single family residence. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
