29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about October 5, 2012 - Dust Collectors Area, Southeast Corner of the Plywood Shed, explosive wood dust falling from three dust collectors had accumulated on metal beams and walls at approximately 4 to 12 inches in depth exposing employees to a fire hazard.
