29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: Jobsite located at 1002 Amidon, Wichita, KS; employees engaged in residential roofing work on a roof with pitches up to 6 in 12 were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 16 feet to the ground. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used. Pedro Jaquez-Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314030446, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/10, with respect to a workplace located at 15409 E. Camden Chase, Wichita, KS 67226.
