(a)Westar Framing, Inc. at 9701 Pearl Street, Thornton, CO 80229: On and before October 4th, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by an employee engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of roof trusses on building # 4 of a multi-family residential complex. An employee was not utilizing a fall protective system while installing braces. The condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 28 feet.    (b)Westar Framing, Inc. at 9701 Pearl Street, Thornton, CO 80229: On and before October 4th, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while conducting leading work at the unprotected edges of the second floor on building # 3 of a multi-family residential complex. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system while conducting sheathing operations. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 28 feet.
