29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.    On or about 10/9/12, at the Cumming job site, employees were exposed to tripping hazards in that electrical cords, boards with protruding screws, ladders and various materials were permitted to remain in walkways and thoroughfares used at the job site.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
