Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231: On and before October 11, 2012, the employer did not ensure each circuit breaker was identified in the panel boxes noted as "LA" and an unidentified, smaller breaker panel with six breakers, both in the main electrical room, in that there were missing labels or markings. This condition exposed the employees to electrical hazards.

Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231: On and before October 11, 2012, the employer did not maintain workspace of at least 3 feet in front of electrical disconnect switches and circuit breaker panels in the main electrical room in that they were partially obstructed by restaurant equipment and supplies being stored there. This condition exposed the employees to electrical hazards.
