29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) On or about October 12, 2012 along the southeast wall at the front of the warehouse, workers were exposed to an electrical hazard due to electrical panels not being properly labeled or listed on a 480 watt box.
