29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) TSK Partners dba McInnes Rolled Rings / 1553 East 12th Street in Erie, PA: On or about October 17, 2012 an annual inspection of the energy control procedure (lockout/tagout) was not completed for 2010, 2011 and has not been completed year to date for 2012. Personnel conduct servicing and maintenance of equipment and machines that include, but are not limited to, quench/temper, and forge furnaces, ring mill, presses and quench tanks. TSK Partners dba McInnes Rolled Rings was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311875017, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2009 with respect to the workplace located at 1533 East 12th Street in Erie, PA.
