29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure: a. 5042 Bristol Industrial Way, Buford, GA - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees are required to operate the Delta X Tablesaw for cutting wood to various lengths. The tablesaw was not equipped with a magnetic switch and/or an anti-automatic restart device to prevent tablesaw from restarting in the event after a power failure, on or about 10/17/12.
