The Department of Veterans Affiars was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.215(a)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 301510780, citation number 03, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/10 with respect to a workplace located at 1310 24th Ave, Nashville, TN 37212 In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
