29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about October 15, 2012, at the jobsite located at 12224 Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer allowed employees to work from a forklift mounted platform that had not been approved by the fork lift manufacturer.
