29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladders length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) At West Side of House 2689 Carrington Court Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 18, 2012 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 15.1 feet to the ground below by not ensuring the ladder extended three feet above the landing area.
